American Association for the Advancement of Science: American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) is the world's largest general scientific society and publisher of Science.
American Institute of Biological Sciences: Provides links to the 78 member societies and organizations of AIBS. May be searched by society name, meeting dates and cities, and other criteria.
American Medical Writers Association: The American Medical Writers Association (AMWA), founded in 1940, is a leading professional organization for biomedical communicators. Providing continuing professional education is one of AMWA's prime goals.
American Society of Indexers: ASI was founded in 1968 to promote excellence in indexing and increase awareness of the value of well-written and well-designed indexes. The Science and Medicine Special Interest Group includes indexers who have backgrounds in medical, engineering, and scientific fields.
American Translators Association: American Translators Association. The ATA offers accreditation in 12 languages or language groups and a directory of its members.
Association of American Publishers: Association of American Publishers (AAP) is the principal trade association of the book publishing industry. Committee on Publication Ethics: COPE provides a sounding board for editors who are struggling with how best to deal with possible breaches in research and publication ethics. European Medical Writers Association: The European Medical Writers Association (EMWA) was founded in 1989 by professionals with academic, industrial and journalistic affiliations.
Korean Association of Medical Journal Editors: Korean Association of Medical Journal Editors (KAMJE) was inaugurated in 1996. The aims of KAMJE is to promote the quality of medical journals published in Korea by the exchange of the information on the editing and publication and by the discussion on the editorial principles. It has maintained the KoreaMed and KoreaMed Synapse.
