Recent executive orders in the United States have resulted in the rescinding of DEIA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility) policies throughout the country. While some organizations have stated their continuing commitment to support DEIA initiatives, other organizations have disbanded task forces and abandoned DEIA policies. José E. Rodríguez, MD, FAAFP, University of Utah Health, will join us as we discuss how these changes are affecting individuals and how we can reframe these events to strengthen our actions moving forward.
