Mary is the managing editor of the Journal of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She oversees the publication of the Journal and is responsible for the overall management and operation of the editorial office.

Kelly A. Hadsell, Managing Editor, Journal for ImmunoTherapy of Cancer, Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer
Ms. Hadsell has over 21 years’ experience in publishing (17 of them in scholarly, scientific publishing). She holds a BA in English from Rutgers University. She is currently the Managing Editor for Journal for ImmunoTherapy of Cancer, which is the official journal of the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer. She previously served as Director, Editorial Operations for journals of the American Association for Cancer Research. Ms. Hadsell is also the chairperson for the Editorial Policy Committee of the Council of Science Editors, a member of the Scientific Publishing Committee of the American Heart Association, and is an Editorial Board Member for the journal Research Integrity and Peer Review.

May Piotrowski, MA, Editorial Director, Ophthalmology, American Academy of Ophthalmology
May is the editorial director for Ophthalmology, the American Academy of Ophthalmology’s journal. She oversees day-to-day operations of the journal as well as implement new strategies to ensure print and online versions of the journal keep pace with STM publishing trends. Prior to her current position, Ms. Piotrowski was editorial manager for the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences where she managed the submission, peer-review, and online submission departments.

Beth Wilson, CHCP, Director of CME, Programs and Publications, American Academy of Ophthalmology
Beth Wilson is Director of CME, Programs and Publications for the American Academy of Ophthalmology in San Francisco, CA. She oversees the accreditation of the Academy’s CME program, development of self-assessment questions, and book development for the 27,000-member organization. Ms. Wilson has more than 13 years of accreditation and program development experience in clinical and professional education in HIV, Emergency Medicine, and Ophthalmology. She volunteers actively in the CME community, holding positions including Mentor in the Alliance for Continuing Education in the Health Professions, and co-chair of the Medical Specialty Society-Industry Alliance for Continuing Education Work Group.
