David Gillikin, Chief, Bibliographic Services Division, National Library of Medicine
David Gillikinis the Chief, Bibliographic Services Division at the U.S. National Library of Medicine, where he oversees activities involved with creation, maintenance, training and documentation for the MEDLINE/PubMed database and for NLM terminology products. This work includes journal review and selection for inclusion into MEDLINE, the MEDLINE and UMLS data licensing programs, the production of the NLM Technical Bulletin and the annual MEDLINE reload process. Prior to coming to NLM, Mr. Gillikin was a technical manager at HighWire Press. While there, he managed the development and production of the HighWire search portal and the HighWire electronic production department.

Joelle Masciulli, Head of Research Discovery, Thomson Reuters
Joelle has various management roles at Thomson Reuters including Editorial Director for the Web of Science as well as leading the Content Strategy for the Government and Academia division within IP&Science. Today Joelle is responsible designing and executing the strategy for the Research Discovery segment including most notably, the Web of Science.

Wim Meester, PhD, Head of Product Management for Content Strategy, Elsevier
Dr. Wim Meester holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Amsterdam in the Netherlands. In 2006, Wim joined Elsevier as a Publisher for the Animal Science, Forensic Science and Legal Medicine journal portfolios. Since 2010, Wim has been working for Scopus. Currently, he is the Head of Product Management for Scopus in the Research Applications & Platform group.
